Floralia's third volume was issued in the
second half of 1999 as a digipak edition including a 16 page booklet.
Originally planned to be released by On / Off Records like the previous
ones, it fell off course following the label wreckage toward the exotic
lands of WoT4 Records, enthusiastically open to having it as a guest
in their catalogue and to follow on by co-producing the next volumes
once the new recording adventure of Floralia's organisers would start
its route under the name: Mizmaze.
The artwork of "Floralia Vol. 3" is by Víctor Basurto,
painter, graphic designer, sculptor, musician with double Mexican and
Dutch nationality, already present on the compilations as a member of
bands like Humus, Frolic Froth (Vol. 2) and Smoking the Century Away
(Vol. 3). Conversely, the inner pages of the booklet are as always the
outcome of the participants under the sign of a multidimensional contribution
flowing with a sensorial thrust. These short biographical notes have
been updated for every band to include the related releases subsequent
to "Floralia Vol. 3", on the steps of a great creative energy
in the current planetary landscape. Flow(er) on
.
